Edd P Usher is a citizen of Belize he’s a Graduate of Wesley College in Belize City and the Royal Military Academy in the UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the University of Guyana and a Master of laws, Legislative drafting (LLM. Leg. Drafting) from the University of the West Indies, Cavehill, Barbados.
Mr. Usher is an adjunct lecturer at Wesley Juniour College in Belize City; and Corozal Junior College. Mr Usher was a magistrate for approximately 15 years and held court in every Magistrates court in the country of Belize. He was a draftsman at the Solicitor General’s office and was the legal officer for the Department of General Sales Tax for five years. At present Mr. Usher is the Legal Officer for the Belize Ports Authority.
